Our tutoring service is fairly new so we would greatly appreciate feedback if you have attended one of our tutoring events so we can improve them in the future!

How did you like the tutoring experience on a 1 to 10 scale?

How can we improve? What should we change? What did you dislike about your tutor?

What did you like about the session? What should we keep for the next tutoring session? What did you like about the tutor?

What do you think about turning in the questions/ topics in a week beforehand? Is a week too far in advance? If so, how far in advance should we require the questions to be turned in? Should we even require questions beforehand at all? Our thinking is that we would be able to give our tutors time to prepare and give the best experience we could to the students.

How can/should we ensure that people who have signed up will show up? A few people did not show up and these spots could have been given to people on the waiting list. Perhaps a required email confirmation a week before?
