This year STEM Extreme is hosting a toy drive to help out struggling families this holiday season.
The Spark of Love Toy Drive collects new, unwrapped toys and sports equipment for underserved children and teens in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside, and Ventura county.
Over the years, the Spark of Love Toy Drive has successfully collected and distributed nearly 10 million toys.
New, unwrapped toys or sports equipment may be dropped off at your local fire station.
Some suggested items include those for infants and teens such as cameras, watches, sunglasses, earphones, skateboards, scooters, basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, hair tools, jewelry, make-up brushes, and crossbody bags/handbags. Please no toy weapons, glass products, liquids, and toiletries.
