The Mars 2020 rover Perseverance is the next generation of martian rovers sent to explore Mars by Nasa. Equipped with the latest technology Nasa will look for ancient signs of life and collect rock and soil samples for possible return to Earth one day. One of the new exciting technologies aboard Perseverance is a Martian helicopter named Ingenuity. Ingenuity is the first ever helicopter to be flown on Mars. Some of the technical details of Ingenuity include a weight of 4 grams, a height of 19 inches, solar-powered, and an expected flight time of 30+ seconds.
